Those after effects I'm speaking of is a semi permanent erection. That's right, the penile tattoo this guy thought was such a great idea has now given him the appearance of at least a halfway aroused state.
It sounds painful to me. And not just the constantly having an erection at half mast either - the tattoo itself seems like it would be enough pain to put any guy off from the though of repeatedly having a tattoo needle ink your privates.
Most guys I know wouldn't even dream of letting a tattoo artist near his family jewels. And with good reason. Apparently, with many types of tattoos, there is no controlling how deep the needle goes.
Since it can penetrate beyond what would be considered safe in the penile tissue, it is not recommended to get it done on this sensitive and important part of the body unless the tattoo method used is one where there is complete control over how deep the needle goes.
This guy likely got the permanent erection because the needle had permanently damaged his penile blood vessels, leaving holes in the delicate vessels where blood flow is supposed to have relatively good control of flowing in and out of the penis.
These permanent erections can actually cause lasting damage to a man's ability to perform sexually, and therefore are extremely dangerous, which is why even the most popular erectile dysfunction medications warm men who experience this strange side effect.
The repair will likely be costly for this guy with the tattoo, or may not even be possible. Penis surgery, whether it is surgery for penile enlargement or simply fixing problems, is always tricky and carries a ton of potential dangers in and of itself.
